If anyone plans to hold a town hall in an area where the Republican "representative" refuses to appear, it's a good idea to invite the press, especially the TV cameras, and have a cardboard cutout of the absentee Congressman.

Google "life-size cardboard cutout" -- they are not at all expensive, well under $100, and worth every penny of it.
