3. Coal is the most expensive way to generate power

My first thought was, "maybe this is payback to Babcock & Wilcox (they make boilers, which you need for a coal plant) for their contributions in the 2024 election." Then I checked their 2024 contributions and they didn't donate anything to Trump in 2024.

No, this is just a straight "own the libs" move. Anyone in the US that's currently running a coal plant is working to decommission it as soon as possible.
