Even "handmaid" Barrett isn't towing the regime's line. But know what? That doesn't even matter. Packing the courts was window dressing. An attempt to give the fascists an air of legitimacy. But even if they don't rule in the regime's favor, the regime will just ignore them. Rule of law is dead in this country. Might as well have the funeral.
