We knew he was a bit flaky but thought he had potential to do good things. But since his stroke he has been a disappointment to say the least.
If he cannot do the job beyond just making an occasional appearance he, like anyone else holding a position, should step aside.
The times we are living in are too perilous to not be mentally present.
