Who will catch the SecDef's eye? Will his personal lawyer stay on top of the wiretaps, or will a new love spring a leak? The new team's in place, but who will get the corner office in the Pentagon? Piercing glances over a giant ice cube in a glass of Pappy van Winkle. Is that a twinkle in his eye, or a brief flickering light off a vial of Rohypnol? Only the SecDef knows.
