We have an old man with a thought process similar to that of a not very smart male adolescent who wants to pull all the levers of the presidency as interpreted by his warped view.

I'm certain that a psychologist would say that his ultimate orgasm will be to launch a nuke.

In the meantime, he trots out all the examples of how not to be president.
