There was no "lunging" or "rushing the stage". MAGA has learned that if you can quickly shape the narrative before many people are aware or have witnessed the situation for themselves, it sticks with their supporters. Hell, almost 5 years after Jan 6th, and many of his ill informed sycophants still repeat the lie that Pelosi "turned down" National Guard support for the Capitol.
