I don’t know enough about her to say.

If she’s actively and effectively* pursuing a progressive agenda, then no.

If she’s spends her days shut in her office writing appeals for money not pushing back Republicans, then yes.

*”effectively” is hard to gauge for her position. She can’t vote and can only advise on matters dealing with the District of Columbia.
