"After much haggling on the Senate floor, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, has voted in favor of opening debate on the bill. In order to clear this procedural hurdle though, Republican leaders still need the votes of three conservative Republicans who have not yet cast their votes: Rick Scott of Florida, Mike Lee of Utah, and Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming."
