4. I don't think 33,000 jobs lost in 2025 compares to tens of millions of jobs lost in 2020

33,000 out of 138,000,000 is only 0.02 percent.

What is so alarming about the drop in June is not the magnitude of the drop (small) but that it is an abrupt change in direction from the steady rate of job creation in preceding months.
