23. We told them, pleaded with them, went down on our knees before them

They told us no, that we were wrong, that they and their candidate were the true patriots.

If they are still here, and still mobile enough to do so, let THEM now get on their knees before US. Yes, we will welcome those of them who truly are remorseful voters, because they will be the best ones to tell their friends how wrong they were, and to never vote that way again. Someone has to tell the people in their communities that their preachers were wrong, ARE wrong, and are misleading them, and those people will never believe it coming from us.

Reublicans have taught these people to be as selfish as the Republicans, themselves, are. It never occurred to them that we were advocating not only for our own rights, but for theirs as well. If it’s not too late, maybe some of them will spread the word.
