The rule identifies ineligibility grounds generally as "engaging in terrorist activities" and "having certain links to terrorist organizations.

Yeah like getting out the vote against that orange gibbon. That qualifies as "engaging in terrorist activities" to these rethugs.

And, being a Democratic Party member is "having certain links to terrorist organizations".
