CNN doesn't post every minute of their stuff as youtube videos. I don't think it was nefarious on CNN's part to not put that on youtube, I would not have expected them to post a video of something that went awry. I doubt whoever assembles clips for youtube was even aware of the significance of what happened there, and that instead of the aborted segment being an incomplete bit of story that, by itself, would not be worth posting, it was, in fact, perhaps the most important part of the interview!
