The Trump administration has not named those killed in the strikes, nor published proof that those on board the alleged drug boats were involved in narcotics trafficking.

We have no idea who they are killing. I wouldn't want to be on a boat in the Caribbean these days. Which is not great for fisherman, transport, small cargo, and others who depend on it.
