6. With anything passed by Congress, NOTHING is "permanent"

I.e., the tax cuts for the billionaires can be repealed too if we ever got control of Congress and the WH. As it is, parts of the original 2017 tax cuts were modified after passage.

But with all the "negotiation" courses I have taken, you usually ask for the moon and go from there. There are alot of things in that Brutal Barbaric Bill plus the tariffs nonsense, that are killing the GOP voters and many of them are "starting to crack". That is why they are suddenly talking about "piecemeal" funding stuff.

They SHOULD HAVE been passing "piecemeal" bills through this year anyway before we got to this point and there is nothing stopping them from continuing to pass separate appropriations bills versus the "all or nothing" that is being propagandized.

I worked and got paid during the Gingrich shutdown in the '90s being in an agency that got funding (I think only 3 or 4 appropriations bills had been passed at the time and everyone covered under the ones that were not, were furloughed).
