Warning: The use or possession of marijuana remains unlawful under Federal law regardless of whether it has been legalized or decriminalized for medicinal or recreational purposes in the state where you reside.

That's unambiguous. You don't even need to be a "regular" pothead, any use of Marijuana is disqualifying. You can't use a federally illegal drug lawfully.

This is the question Hunter Biden was prosecuted for lying on, and I look forward to the prosecution of every weed-smoking gun owner who lied on their 4473. Grab all their guns!
