how can federal law preempt state law in a situation like this? Oh, I know... just because trump says so, right? Damn, I want that man punished severely for all the worry, anxiety, and terror he's brought to the people of this country. We need to craft just the right punishment, tho... something to make him feel the same type of terror, and maybe that won't let up for a real, long time.
