15. My bank has been crediting my annuity, usually a day or two before the first of the month

So when I check my account to see whether it was deposited, I'll notice that it happened "early".

So since Nov. 1 is on a Saturday, I expect the check will be deposited either Thursday or Friday.

Normally when it comes to this time of year with all the upcoming amount changes and ahead of the issuance of 1099-Rs, I will pop in to OPM around December to get the last statement. I don't know what DOGEshit may have done to the site but I'll see soon. I know the health insurance deduction amount changes & COLA (where the annuity uses the SS COLA %) don't get reflected until the February check as the January check was for December.
