5. I've started watching which primary candidates in my area have the most signs.

All that money being poured into these races has that republican smell to it. Some races are not labeled Dem or Rep, so we have to do our homework.

Also, it's important to research nowadays on which candidates are stealth republicans running for democratic seats.
