Then in his 2nd term, most of what Biden did was tossed as 45 gutted any funding designated for them to eliminate DEI (the whole island is DEI), purge anything related to climate and "green" energy (like the hundreds of millions allocated for solar backups), and use that money for the billionaire tax cuts - Solar was poised to help Puerto Ricans survive blackouts — until Trump axed nearly $1B in funding (Apr 02, 2026)

We need to stop blaming Democrats for GOP insanity.
