the constitutional sovereignty of governors. The US Code of Military Justice (I've read the manual) defines illegal orders and recognizes its duties regardless of your sideswipe at religion.

The NYT Editorial Board knows that it represents the establishment press, and reminds the nation and the SCOTUS (who presumably read it) of just who is manufacturing a crisis as pretext for establishing an executive dictatorship.
