When I was thinking about President Psychopath, which I try not to do, it dawned on me that in addition to his psychopathic traits another axis may be described as Bipolar Disorder. At least it appears to make some sense.

I'm not a psychiatrist or a psychologist but with the severe lack of mental health services in this country it behooves each of us, for self preservation if nothing else, to have some understanding of serious psychological illnesses, the personal threats of such and the possible threats they pose to society.
