he’d be a free man. Closer to his Salvadoran family and able to speak the language (Uganda does speak English) and have some similarities of the culture.

It’s part of a plea deal that’s being discussed. Pamela Jo pretty obviously doesn’t want the trafficking case to actually go to trial. It was an evasion for admitting that they made a mistake and for social media influencers to spread.
