$200K, which effectively shuts down any loans for graduate programs that will lead to degrees such as Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, etc. It may also cut off access to many undergrad programs in many of the more prestigious schools or even state universities as tuition is going nowhere but UP. But the real gut punch is just telling nurses 9as well as all these other professions) thatm "Nope, you're no longer a profession, you're just a JOB."
