Between your eyes and ears in this matter . You have a good handle on it.
The sense of sight overrides all the other senses . With your eyes closed other senses rise to the occasion , often as best they can even if not enough to define reality .
Vestibule therapy … Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy . Ok I had to look that up and it sounds like an excellent approach for your condition , and many others .
Sounds like you are returning to a more balanced life and one you will be happier in .
