15. Naw.. just pop the sardines and drain the oil into a bowl. Pore the sherry vinegar into the tin of sardines.

wait about ½ hour. While waiting make your avocado toast. When the time is over put the sardines over the toast/avocado mix and drizzle some oil over it...Yum!!
This only works if you like sardines... I like the little brisling sardines.. Full of good omega 3 fats..
and less expensive than salmon..
