It sounds like you had a fine meal!

There’s no way I could go 25 years without a steak, though! I always say that if I were to be executed and were granted a last meal, it would be a medium rare ribeye and a baked potato. Your cucumber and tomato salad would hit the spot, too!

I avoid carbs, so steak is frequently on my menu. I season only with garlic powder, kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.

Your meal sounds lovely. Wish I could eat steak. Really miss being able to eat meat. mwmisses4289 Aug 24 #2
