7. If you go on You Tube - lots of videos on doing the McGill big 3

I did this everyday for 3 months when I injured my back. My back is good now but I still do them. They are 3 exercises recommended by Dr Stewart McGill - famous back specialist. I have a massage table so I don’t have to do them on the floor.
