If the copper does anything but I love the one with double Velcro strapping and two pouches in the back. Ice packs of hot packs fit there nicely.
My lower Ls are trashed, just had a second injection of a series of three. They work.
But best of all is a Tenns unit with butterfly fly pads the send electric pulses. My first one I have used for 12-14 years was prescribed by workmans comp claim. Now they are over the counter.
The VA just issued me a new one.
Highly recommend. Been dealing with my back for nearly 20 years. MY need surgery one day. My Brother and two close friends have gone the surgery route, good results, but lots of bad tells about that too.
Football, 25 foot fall from the ships mast, pounding trails with heavy packs, 30 years running, bent over racing bikes 30 years and age.
The lateral exit holes for nerves of each vertebrae are narrowing and pinching nerves. Spine doc says they may have to go in and open those holes surgically.
Try the Tenns, wear the braces with ice or heat. The neoprene holds the cold/heat in and the support is a plus They help. I never mow without the brace.
Just my experience for a long long time. May not be right for everyone. Good luck, it sucks.
Now I am facing surgery to cut my Achilles to remove spurs. Spurs formed in a hairline fracture from the fall while actually Serving. Not trump ones.
I am terrified. Horrible stories about recovery.
Jason Tatum with the Celtics said it has been the worst segment of his entire life. And he is a top level athlete with the best docs all around 🥶😭😭😭😱😱😶🌫️😶🌫️.wish me luck.
