To this day, my favourite bit of her music is Lo Siento Mi Vida. The fact that I couldn't and still can't speak Spanish didn't seem to matter.

My favourite bit of silliness around LR was a slang expression around MLB for when a pitcher was throwing heat that a batter couldn't get his bat on. Some called that pitch a "Ronstadt". (Blew By You) I wish it had caught on more than it did.
