5. I disagree, mainly because both sides have equal rejects and "no excuses" would hurt many.

I was excused (only time I asked for excuse) the last time I received notice to report because there is no bus service to my town and my call was for the first Monday after Labor Day. Uber would be $25 normally and much more on that day.

People with small children have difficulty finding care and transportation.

Would you not compensate people without jobs?

Would you have yourself judged by twelve conservative elders?
