3. We've all seen the videos of

cops arriving on any scene and demanding ID from everybody. I'll pretty much guarantee that they did not demand ID from any of the masked thugs. So if this man who was shot at goes to file a court action it will go nowhere because he cannot show who they were and there will be no way to prove they worked for the Feds. That is really the main reason these people are masked. It is to deny an ability to hold people accountable for their actions.
