The reopened park in the triangle space of C Street Northwest 18th Street Northwest and Virginia avenue Northwest has the bottom of the fountain painted blue… It wasn’t like this before.



They closed it a couple months ago. Not sure if this is a test run for whatever they’re trying to do to the reflecting pond.”
