Cold, still seasonal and there are some blue areas with decent medical care available. A gal I graduated with and her husband moved to New Mexico a couple of years ago and they love it. Again, you get some weather but not sickening or sustained cold. Good luck with whatever you decide!!

As a longtime FL resident, move anywhere else but here--our summers are 9 months long and brutally humid.
