anyone could accidentally be hit by the monorail passing through the Contemporary Resort. Someone would have to deliberately put them self in harm's way in order to be hit by it. I'm not absolving Disney from all blame, but they take great pains in guaranteeing guest safety.
I've been to Disney World more than 50 times (I used to live 30 minutes from the main gate) and I'm well acquainted with Disney's resorts.
Of course I've been wrong about a few things in life 😉 and could be again, but Disney World is an extremely safe place to visit unless you're trying to injure yourself or others.
Just my take on this.
