'NASTY Woman Act' repealing old laws on adultery, abortion, contraception heads to Gov. Baker [View all]

The Massachusetts Legislature has sent a bill to Gov. Charlie Baker's desk repealing outdated laws on abortion and contraception.

The Senate passed the bill unanimously in January. The House passed it on Wednesday, by a vote of 138-9.
