We could request our ballots for our state primary(09/01) and the general at the same time.The state primary had mostly to do with Sen. Markey vs Kennedy and who would fill his seat.

Pretty simple, not sure why some are confused. MA receives their ballots 21 days before the election. We will be dropping them off at the Town Hall, that is where all residents in my town vote.
