Parental responsibility is the answer.

As a parent, I see my kid wanting to go there.

I become a real pain in his ass when he wants to go there.

He hates me for it. I expect that. He's a teenager.

I do this because it's the right thing to do.

We all went through peer pressure. I won't give in.
