A radio station promotion, and a question [View all]
as I was flipping through radio stations, I landed on 95.5, here in the Portland area. They are having one of those money give away promotions, as radio stations do. They give a code, you text in, and someone gets some cash.
They call it "trump change". Trumpesque voice talking about how hes giving his money away because people need it, denigrating Hillary occasionally, all that.
It was a bit odd, but radio stations are good at odd. But it kinda stuck with me. There was no disclaimer that trump wasn't actually involved. So at the end of the day, you have a radio station aimed at gen x and millennials, telling people trump is giving them money, and repeating his name hundreds of times a day.
Isn't that free campaign advertising? Is that legal?
