10. Gorgeous.

I have a special needs sister. She used to live with me, but after a tragic fall while out in the yard she now lives in an urban setting in New Mexico with another sister.

She recovered, but it took hospitalization, IVs for days because of Rhabdomyolysis. I was not home when it happened, and she had crawled up a steep hill after falling. The cold ground and muscle strain provoked the system shut down. Fortunantely I arrived that evening (I ususally travel for days at a time) and called an ambulance. She could not walk for a month and after a week of intense care in the hospital she went to assisted living for a month, and came out in a wheelchair. It took another couple of months before she could walk on her own.
