that can bring jobs to Milwaukee or Waukesha Counties don't want to put up with an hour commute time to travel just 20 miles! The highway is already here, it's just expansion. I understand the needs of the neighborhoods, but the good of the many outweighs the negatives. The merging backed up on-ramps and horrible stop and go rush hour are death traps for those of us who are forced to drive it for employment daily.
