3. Yes, coastal B.C. is definitely a damp climate much of the time

It's interesting to note that the crazy weather doesn't recognize borders either, of course. In Seattle, they endured something like three straight months of cloudy days and periodic rain during the spring. It was, not surprisingly, very depressing for a lot of residents. However, Seattle reportedly hasn't had a drop of rain over the past month or so. A dramatic change of fate.
