Put a small bucket in bathroom & dump water into bowl as soon as you flush.

Sounds like a fluahometer. If it has a handle you push or pull to flush that iss a flushometer. No c-rational Jul 25 #4

I'm guessing its just that your rim outlets and/or the jet at the bottom of the toilet bowl are clogged. KPN Jul 25 #9
