Question for Twitter users

I don't know whether this is the best place to ask this question, but I'm puzzled by a button that appears on my Twitter profile page saying "Edit Your Profile". It used to say "Follow", but it changed, and for the life of me, I don't know what I'm supposed to do.

I can't see anything wrong with my profile, and I don't want to change it, but even if I tweak a few things and click "save", the message is still there. Of course, I've gone into the Twitter Help centre, but there's nothing there about such a message, and there's no way of contacting them direct.

Is there anybody out there with a few clues as to what this might mean and what I should do to make it go away?
