Well, I did something. [View all]

Sometimes my meds cause involuntary twitches, and that happened when I went to turn up the volume to watch a video. Instead of hitting the volume icon, my hand twitched and I hit something else, and now I have no sound. Went to settings and ran the diagnostic, they got it to send a beep (which I heard) then declared my audio to be working -- it isn't.

Any thoughts on what I did so that I can undo whatever it is?

Thanks in advance!
