1. Try another computer. Plug in.
2. On your same computer, try making a separate user account. Plug in.
3. Is the USB cord attached ? If no, try another USB cord.
4. Try another USB port.

5. iPhone Zoom works adequately for me. If you need a test zoom link, I might have one.
6. What phone do you have ?
7. Or... a tablet ?
