So far these are the glitches I have found :

Not sure this helps Google thinks this ï¿½ this might be an encoding error : Summary: ï¿½ is a broken character caused by improper text encoding conversion. It is most commonly a substitution for accented characters or punctuation.

Why it is happening now is a mystery to me also .
