Blocked plug in [View all]

Had an adobe flash drive update pop up, killed it and went to the site to just feel safer. This is after I got Blocked Plug in when I tried to view a music vid on You Tube.
Even when I go to Adobe site the blocked plug in comes up.
Have I done something stupid? Not real good at this and would appreciate advice.
