Apple Support lying to customers, deletes/bans forum-users that reveal truth. [View all]

If you have a water-damaged Iphone, Apple Support will tell you that there is nothing that can be done.

That is a lie. There are people who can recover your data. See video above. By their own estimate they can help in 95% of cases.

When you post on the Apple Support-forum about that fact, your post gets deleted and you get a temporary ban.

The journalists tested that. They posted anonymously about what to do about a water-damaged Iphone.

Apple-Support said that nothing can be done.

"But there are people who say that they can help!"

"Nope, they are liars."

When asked for comment by the journalists, Apple declined to comment.
