3. Democrats are the minority party. We don't have subpoena power.

Neither do we control the agenda or the calendar.

The Democratic Caucus has been laying the groundwork for subpoenas, hearings, an investigations since January 2021.

So WTF are Democrats waiting for when it comes to issuing subpoenas? The 120th Congress when we will (hopefully) be back in control of the House and/or Senate.
